Xtreme hiphop is the modern twist to step aerobics. xtreme hiphop has elevated and added more swag to step aerobics, creating an opportunity for people to really get down on that step board while burning calories. xtreme hiphop classes function with the influence of hiphop and rnb music from all era’s. This creates a vibe that has attracted so many to our classes. A good time, good music, and major calories burn? like we say, “don’t be fooled by the board, it will make you work”, but more importantly, have a good time while getting active and burning some good calories. who said working out can’t be fun?! with xtreme hiphop, we promise a good time and major calories burned!

CLASs OPTIONS:

BEGINNERS CLASS:

This class focuses on the basic XTREME HIPHOP STEPS. we break down the basic steps and focus on executing the basic steps. this class is first timer friendly and is offered on a weekly basis (every saturday). Looking for the perfect intro to xtreme hiphop? this class is for you!

INTERMEDIATE/intro to advance CLASSES:

this class is the next step up from beginners. this class focuses on more complex and transitional moves that can occasionally involve A combination of THE STEP moves. this class prepares STUDENTS for advanced level stepping. this class will definitely test your listening skills and knowledge of the step moves a little more than beginners class. this class is occasionally more intimate than other classes. this class is offered on a weekly basis (every saturday).

advanced 2.0 step classes

This class is for the big steppas who don’t mind getting extra fancy on the board. this class will challenge you by bringing those advanced steps, putting them into long combos, and challenging transitions. this class also brings an advanced level of step choreography that may involve steppers with traveling on the board and a bit of swag. this class is a safe space for those who wish to push hard on that board and test THEIR thinking skills. strap up and let’s show out! THIS CLASS IS OFFERED THE 2ND AND 4TH WEEK OF THE MONTH. Schedule varies. check out current schedule when booking a class.

Xtreme Burn is a full body cardio class that will definitely get your heart rate going and stamina tested. We utilize movements such as high knees, kicks, punches, jumping jacks and more to raise your heartbeat to an anaerobic level that guarantees calorie burn and fat loss! We promise major calories burned and a good cardio burn. join us FOR A CLASS! THIS CLASS IS OFFERED ON A WEEKLY BASIS!
